Caribbean Materials Co. supplies large-scale construction materials through a container-based logistics model designed for resorts, hospitality projects, infrastructure developments, marinas, commercial construction, and regional development projects.
Order Requirements
All orders must meet container quantity minimums. We do not offer small retail or partial shipments. Orders are structured around full container loads to ensure cost-effective freight and efficient logistics coordination.
Payment Terms
70% deposit required to begin sourcing and production• Remaining balance due prior to shipment release• Payments accepted via wire transfer or ACH only• No credit cards accepted
Production & Lead Times
Typical lead times range from 60–120 days depending on materials, production schedules, and shipping availability. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quotation but may vary.
Shipping & Logistics
Caribbean Materials Co. coordinates international shipping, container logistics, customs coordination, and regional delivery support. Delivery timelines may be affected by port congestion, customs inspections, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other factors outside control. Shipping timelines, freight coordination, and logistics-related costs may vary based on material type, order size, destination island, port access, and site accessibility. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and destination charges apply unless otherwise agreed.
Claims & Damages
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery• Damage or shortages must be documented with photos • Claims must be noted on delivery paperwork at time of receipt
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom and project-based nature of material sourcing, all orders are considered final once procurement or production has begun.
Container Responsibility
Customers are responsible for timely unloading and return of shipping containers where applicable. Any demurrage, detention, storage, or container return penalties are the customer's responsibility.
Project-Based Supply
Our services are tailored for resorts, hospitality developments, marinas, commercial projects, and infrastructure builds. We are not structured for individual orders.
Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change based on raw material costs, freight rates, fuel surcharges, and tariffs until accepted in writing.
These terms apply to all quotations, invoices, and material supply agreements issued by Caribbean Materials Co.
